Your service department forgot about me. I called 5 hours later to get an update. The person whom answered said they don’t see any slips or my SUV. Very disappointed. How can I trust your service department? Customer NO service!

I came in for what turned out to be a complicated electrical - mechanical problem: My driver door indicator was periodically illuminated even when the door was closed. This resulted in the inability to roll up or down any windows from the driver door controls. The issue had lingered for about a year until I got fed up enough to face the $200 diagnostic charge. After a full day's work, the Bergstrom crew was able to correct the problem though it did take a lot of work on a complicated system.

Service was great. However adding a 3% charge was unexpected and un appreciated. I would of brought a check book or paid cash. So do you really want me to share my feedback publicly ?

I had to bring my truck back a second time, because the technician he was working on it the first time, cracked the housing on something. That required Bergstrom to order a part and then fix my truck at no cost. Not a big deal to me, where I have the issue is somebody called me to schedule, I picked it a week out, and then I showed up for my appointment and sat there for 2 hours only to be told the part hasn't even arrived yet. So I left my truck there overnight and used a loaner car. I spent several hours of my time waiting to get my truck fixed, only to find out there was no part even at the shop. Why on earth would somebody schedule me to come in, with the part not even being there?

Service consultant was very courteous and helpful. Shuttle service was good. But I was never offered a loaner car even as the dealer held onto the car for almost a week. It felt like I needed to prompt updates and the credit card convenience fee is a joke for a dealer with burdened labor rates that already include overhead such as credit card fees.

I was told they would follow up in regard to a question. They didn’t. They were supposed to have a body shop estimate there when I showed up to pick the vehicle up. They didn’t. I had an oil change done. A new sticker was not put on nor was the computer reset on the vehicle. Overall, poor communication, but great job on trying to upsell services.

Stephen Hill went out of the way to help me following a devastating collision with a deer and my 2024 Traverse. Rather than wait a very long time for the repair as parts were scarce, I replaced my 2024 Traverse with a 2025 Traverse that he acquired for me. He worked hard to make the transition transparent and easy. I also need to thank Jason in the body shop for keeping informed on the status of the repair.

And the manager in the lube center was nice. But to work performed in the lube center was definitely not up to bergstrom or g m standards.
