They did a good job and my car was done in the time they said it would.

Bill did not have the truck I was looking for in the Bergstrom lot, So Bill reached out to a different dealership and found me the truck I was looking for. Bill Tusler gets an A+ for getting the truck I wanted.

Fast and friendly

Came in to get my front left tire fixed, which was done well. However it was claimed a full inspection was done and nothing further was found that needed fixing. My boyfriend inspected my car afterwards as the steering felt jerky and he found a leak in the hose for the power steering fluid, which was also not refilled despite my request at my appointment.

Cody was my salesman and he did an amazing job. Answered all of my questions. And even reached out after the purchase to double check to see if he could help with anything else. He did great. I will definitely recommend you to friends and family! Thanks again.

Customer Service side has been great, but I'm over $4,000 and two separate appointments into trying to get my heat fixed and it's still no better.

Great service and response to a "surprise" and unscheduled event.

Had to wait a bit to get my vehicle in past the appointment time.

We have to say we are very pleased with our purchase. Working with Nate and Shawn was wonderful. Shawn went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They are even helping us after the sale like helping us get our early payment back we made a few days before we purchased these vehicles that was for the previous vehicles. Shawn told me to call him anytime which I feel is golden. We are very happy.

David did a wonderful job finding us the perfect truck for us. Easy sales process.

Ethan gave us all the information we needed. Gave us options and gave us tour on multiple cars. Showed us specs to my new Equinox and couldn���t ask for a better SUV.

I was a little disappointed about the timing of our appointment. We dropped the car off Monday 12-23-24 for a Tuesday 12-24-24 10:30 appointment. We never received a call on Tuesday or Thursday with an update on the progress. On Thursday morning I call the dealership to check the status on the car. I was told that a workorder wasn't even opened for the car yet.
