Fast and Efficient

Was really good service and the mechanics working were very quick, was out of there in 15 minutes. Only thing I didn't appreciate was when calling a day prior to ask how long an oil change would take (I had a doctor appointment not to long after my oil change appointment) and the woman I spoke to in the service center told me an hour, which would've made me late to my appointment. I was very surprised to be done in 15 minutes when I was expecting it to take some time. Not sure why she told me it would take that long. Otherwise I had great service!

The service was timely and complete.

Loved my courtesy shuttle driver Mike! He was nice enough to go to Walmart for my grocery order pick up prior to bringing me home. Thank you!

Kara was beyond awesome to work with. She helped me navigate lease rates as well as the used inventory until we landed on something that I was comfortable in and fit our price range.

Salesman was prompt, helpful, and made it easy.

Shuttle driver did not pick me up at 4:30 as advisor setup. Advisor did not give me option to overnight parts, rather just wanted me to accept 2.5 week repair without doing additional work. Had to talk to another person just to inform me of the $12 overnight option. Was told the 17 hour repair would start when part arrived. Part arrived and less then 24 hrs later my truck was ready, clearly the repair took significantly less then 17 hrs unless your shops working around the clock. Seems like I was charged for excessive hours that were not spent.

Advice and communication about the purchase of our Equinox was excellent. When we arrived to pick up our new vehicle, everyone was very helpful to make sure we understood all of the features.

Appointment was for 745. Vehicle brought in at 805.

I was looking to purchase a newer truck and visited a few dealerships. I stopped in Bergstrom Appleton and worked with Stephen. He quickly understood what I was looking for. He found what I needed and went above and beyond to get the truck delivered. When we showed up to purchase the vehicle everything went smoother than expected. Stephen was very informative and showed us all the newer gadgets we haven't ever used before. Love the truck and will be very happy to work with the team at Bergstrom on our next vehicle purchase.

Stephen did an amazing job pulling together truck options, new and used, that were within my price point. He also explained to me the advantages of leasing.

I was looking to lease a vehicle and started looking around online on my own and found a few but I wasnt familiar with how to lease since I have always purchased my vehicles. I was connected with Tonya Rakun at the Appleton Chevrolet dealership. We discussed my needs and she was a very good listener and very patient with me. Within a few days she was able to find me a vehicle that was a little more in payments that I was anticipating. Being single and being on a strict budget Tonya got me to where I could manage a leased vehicle. My budget will be super tight for awhile until I can pay down some of my other debt. But honestly I am very greatful to Tonya for her expertise and patience with me thru this whole transaction! My son told me to go with my gut and Im happy that I followed his advise on leaseing. But Tonya really was the hero for me!! I dont know what I would have done without Tonya. She is the Best and Bergstrom shoul be proud to have her on their team!! Oil change

What I thought was a simple addition of a key fob and extra key took 2 hours and cost over $400. This would have taken only a few minutes 50 years ago. A recall reprograming was done at the same time, but this still took a lot of time, far more than the original estimate. Is this progress?

I already sent an email saying you’ve got the wrong Jed. I live in a different state entirely, and the one you’re looking for has not received his bill.
