I had to bring my truck back a second time, because the technician he was working on it the first time, cracked the housing on something. That required Bergstrom to order a part and then fix my truck at no cost. Not a big deal to me, where I have the issue is somebody called me to schedule, I picked it a week out, and then I showed up for my appointment and sat there for 2 hours only to be told the part hasn't even arrived yet. So I left my truck there overnight and used a loaner car. I spent several hours of my time waiting to get my truck fixed, only to find out there was no part even at the shop. Why on earth would somebody schedule me to come in, with the part not even being there?
