Confirmed Service Customer

I was told they would follow up in regard to a question. They didn’t. They were supposed to have a body shop estimate there when I showed up to pick the vehicle up. They didn’t. I had an oil change done. A new sticker was not put on nor was the computer reset on the vehicle. Overall, poor communication, but great job on trying to upsell services.

            I brought my truck in for a recall software update. Wes and the crew were great and took care of my service fast while I waited.
