Love the service department and the Bergstrom's which is why I purchased a car at Bergstrom. My daughter and I came to the dealership twice this year to look at new cars and no one came out to talk to us. If I was a man, they were out talking to them as soon as they stepped into the lot, both times. Disappointing, but I love Bergstrom. Actually the reason I bought my last car (the first one not at Bergstrom) at Gustman's, because the same thing happened, one of your guy salesmen told me to come back another time, as Bergstrom was almost at closing time. So i went to another Bergstrom dealership and they told me this is what we'll give you for your car, which was one of the first questions I asked, and he said Bergstrom doesn't move on the prices, which was disappointing. .
