Confirmed Service Customer
The only issue I have - I receive mailings and coupons from the dealership a LOT and NONE can ever be used. Why can't you give an incentive for oil change? My previous dealer had buy 5 oil changes and get the 6th free or even a 5.00 coupon I drive a LONG way to get my oil changed at YOUR dealer, I wonder why? A little appreciation would be nice for MY business.
