Confirmed Service Customer
What I thought was a simple addition of a key fob and extra key took 2 hours and cost over $400. This would have taken only a few minutes 50 years ago. A recall reprograming was done at the same time, but this still took a lot of time, far more than the original estimate. Is this progress?
