It was fast and they were helpful

Friendly service

Fast efficient and very friendly

From the minute we walked in, everyone was professional, personable and they made the buying experience fun.

My battery on my car was very low and it was effecting my computer system. I got in the same day I called and they did replace my battery which is just 5years old. I am a senior citizen and do not drive my car that often anymore. When I picked up the car the computer screen was not reset and as I do not know what to do I had to wait until one of my family could come over to check it out. Other than that my service was great and Jacob was very gracious and helpful.

Nothing ever goes wrong. Be patient. They do get busy. Like that bc of the cold temp, no car washes but was told to just stop by on a warmer day.

I pulled up to the Quick Lube and was told that my appointment was supposed to be in the service center, and it would take them over 1.5 hours to complete. But not to worry—the Quick Lube would get me in and take care of everything. And that is what they did. I was in and out in a timely fashion and the guys took great care of me.

The guy who waited on me was very helpful

The oil change was fine but you got very expensive for your oil changes. I am checking around and I probably won’t be coming back.

All 4 of my GM cars were in for regular maintenance, some tires, and some extended warranty repairs. I was very happy with all of my service. Using my GM reward points and coupons always makes things more reasonable, and I appreciate the ride service and loaner vehicles when necessary.
