Confirmed Service Customer
I was a little disappointed about the timing of our appointment. We dropped the car off Monday 12-23-24 for a Tuesday 12-24-24 10:30 appointment. We never received a call on Tuesday or Thursday with an update on the progress. On Thursday morning I call the dealership to check the status on the car. I was told that a workorder wasn't even opened for the car yet.

Everything went smoothly, and I was able to get dropped off at work, get the car repaired, and then get picked up.
