My vehicle started having the same issue i had after a repair I had done in oshkosh after about a month. I called appleton, as it's closer.to where I work. I explained my situation and stated that I had the work done in Oshkosh but wanted to bring the vehicle to appleton. The woman I spoke with set up my appointment and after dropping off I received a call telling me that I should take it back to Oshkosh where the initial service was performed. I was upset that I had explained the situation to the woman who booked me in Appleton and she did not tell me that and was frustrated. After explaining my frustration, Carlos in Appleton did an amazing job, taking care of my vehicle in Appleton. He was friendly and professional, unlike the service I received in Oshkosh.

Nothing ever goes wrong. Be patient. They do get busy. Like that bc of the cold temp, no car washes but was told to just stop by on a warmer day.
